Fantasy Blades
These are "primitive" blades inspired by fantasy novels and films. Some are as close to the original movie props as I could make them, except that I use bone and stone instead of steel, and others are my own creations inspired by certain fantasy styles.

Giraffe bone Wakizashi. This sword is made from Giraffe Canon bone, and the scabbard from Poplar. Handle is wrapped in the traditional Japanese tski-maki style, but with braintanned buckskin over Tegu lizard skin. 28" Long

The wrapping on the handle is made in the tradional Tski-Maki method that was used on Japanese knives and swords. The makers mark is "Kitsune", which is "Fox" in Japanese.

Traditional Styles
These weapons are of more traditional designs inspired by various cultures from around the world.
The materials are, of course, still "primitive", but I try to stick as close as I can to the original designs.
