Skyrim - The Elder Scrolls
One of my favorite games, and one of my favorite maps. When I first started playing Skyrim I was awe struck by it's beauty, and I knew I just had to create the map!
Each of the Holds is marked with a sigil cut, burned, and painted on buckskin, just like the rest of the map. Area labels are done in the same way.

The map measures roughly 24x33.
